Hereford Square
The simplest of designs, the client wanted clean lines and maximum space. Being a shady garden, it was significantly lightened with limestone paving and LED lighting. Walls were then draped with evergreen climbers and clematis and the backdrop filled with bamboo, palms tree ferns and Japanese maples.
A lower recess area was similarly transformed with rendered walls, plants and lighting: concrete steps and an old iron railing was replaced with stainless steel and glass.
